The app is free and I purchased one of the products. I am so Grateful to Finally get some good sleep. I am a bit of a cheapscate so got the free sleep sample first to make sure I got value for money. I will buy more for sure.
There are many products inside the app. My favourite was the sleep hypnosis one. I am difficult to hypnotize. I was just looking for something to quiet my noisy mind and help me get to sleep. But I am pleasantly surprised to find this works wonders.
Thanks for this app Terry. I have overcome 40 year old issues. I am in a better world.
